Yapraksan Masterbatch had its 15 employees involved in a fun and educational process that lasted 12 weeks.
As part of the "Approach to Employee Loyalty Enhancement" training, we solidified our ties through activities focused on key criteria, such as increasing communication and cooperation "between & within teams", improving leader and team relationships, developing a strong and positive team relationship, unleashing creativity and instilling responsibility on an individual and team basis.
